近年、国内外においてモバイルバッテリーによる発煙・発火などの事例が報告されています。
すべてのお客様に安心してお過ごしいただくため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリーのご利用について、下記の点にご協力をお願い申し上げます。

1.外出などで客室を不在にされる際は、モバイルバッテリーの充電をお控えください。

2.モバイルバッテリーから携帯用電子機器への充電、または客室内コンセントでモバイルバッテリーを充電される場合は、以下の場所での使用をお控えください。

・直射日光の当たる窓際

・ベッドやシーツなど可燃性の素材の上

3.充電中は、万が一のトラブルを防ぐためにも、お客様ご自身が常に状態を確認できる場所でご使用ください。

ご滞在中の客室清掃時に上記の状況が確認された場合、安全確保の観点からスタッフがモバイルバッテリーの位置を移動させていただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

In recent years, there have been reports both in Japan and overseas of mobile batteries emitting smoke or catching fire.

To ensure all our guests can enjoy a safe and comfortable stay, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms as follows:

・Please refrain from charging mobile batteries when you are not in the room.

・When charging a mobile battery from a portable device or using an in-room power outlet to charge the mobile battery itself, please avoid the following locations:

・Near windows exposed to direct sunlight

・On flammable materials such as beds or sheets

・While charging, please ensure that the mobile battery is always within your sight so that you can check its condition at any time, to prevent unexpected accidents.

If the above situations are observed during room cleaning, our staff may move the mobile battery for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
